based company providing commercial HVAC services to our clients including
the installation of cooling systems, ducted and split
air-conditioning systems, and large/small VRV and VRF systems for more than 10
years. Due to our consistent growth, we have several positions available in our
Service & Maintenance Division and our Installation Division. Work is predominantly in the Sydney Metro Area with some Regional work.

available for experienced and qualified Air Conditioning Service & Installation Technicians to
join our dynamic team.

The role:
- Some domestic but mainly commercial plant service work
- Installation of small, medium & large residential and
commercial systems
- Commissioning
- Installing, servicing, and commissioning of geothermal units
- Attend service calls and breakdowns for Commercial,
post-construction and occasional residential.
- Attend to preventative maintenances
- Asset capture
- Repair, replace defective equipment
- Assist with commissioning of construction projects
- Attend site to complete a final maintenance prior to handover
- Building Client relationships and assist in new business
opportunities
- Fault finding/Diagnostics and Problem-solving of all HVAC systems
- Work autonomously or as part of a team
- Ensure all documentation is completed as required
- Comprehension, organising,
and planning of upcoming projects
- Away
work available intrastate and interstate.
ABOUT
YOU
- 2 years' experience with a
similar commercial contractor
- Strong leadership
capabilities
- Strong organisational and
planning skills
- Excellent planning skills
- Highly articulate with
strong communication skill
- Able to manage Clients in a
professional manner
- Able to problem solve and
take initiative
- Able to work in a team environment
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a
Tradesperson (may be waived for the right applicant)
- VRV and VRF knowledge
- Experience in service, maintenance
and problem solving
- Ability to negotiate maintenance
contracts with potential clients
- Experience using a job management
system desirable but not essential
- Proficient in installing various
HVAC systems
To
be considered for this role you must have:
- Trade Certification (Refrigeration
and Air-Conditioning)
- Current NSW driver’s licence
- Valid Arctick Licence
- White/Green Card
- Excellent Customer Service and
Communication Skills
- Australian Experience and full
working rights essential
