All Round Plasterer (Foreman Pathway)

CRA Construction is a Brisbane plastering and carpentry contractor working on residential and commercial projects. Builders keep coming back because we finish to a high standard, deliver on program, and run safe, organised sites.

We're after an experienced all round plasterer who is ready for more responsibility. You'll work alongside our supervisors to help run our projects, lead by example on the tools and grow into a Foreman role with us.

What you'll be doing

• Hanging, setting and finishing plasterboard to CRA's standard
• Delivering Level 4 and Level 5 finishes, and knowing when each is needed
• Installing cove cornice, square set and P50 shadowline with clean, sharp reveals
• Working with regular, wet area, fire rated, acoustic and impact resistant boards, plus Villaboard
• Supporting our supervisors with setting out, crew coordination and daily site running
• Checking materials, quality and stages before moving on
• Doing pre-paint inspections and sorting defects before handover
• Mentoring and guiding other plasterers on site

What you'll bring

• Solid all round experience in residential and commercial plastering
• A full understanding of every stage, from delivery and site prep through to sanding and handover
• A sharp eye for finish quality and pride in your work
• The drive to step up and help lead a crew
• Good communication with supervisors, builders and other trades
• A strong safety mindset. No job is worth an injury.
• Current White Card and driver's licence
• Your own reliable transport and tools
• Commercial ceilings and partitions experience highly regarded

• Full time: $40 to $50 per hour
• Casual: $50 to $60 per hour
