Job Summary
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Apprentice Painter & Decorator to join our team. This is a full-time position which requires the successful candidate to work closely with our team of experienced painters and decorators. The role will involve learning and developing practical skills, understanding relevant methods and techniques and earning a professional qualification in Construction Trades. Candidate Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of surfaces and areas to be decorated
- Learning and applying various painting techniques
- Working with a variety of tools and materials
- Adhering to safety protocols and workplace policies
- Completing all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in painting and decorating and be willing to learn. Prior experience is not necessary as training will be provided. However, a car and licence is necessary to get to the many various job sites.
