About Argoweld
Operating within the Gawler region since 1984, Argoweld is a fabrication and maintenance workshop that has seen steady growth in the last 5 years. We specialise in general and onsite maintenance, truck and trailer repairs and maintenance, agricultural machinery repairs, vehicle fit outs and lots more. We are a small team, but we are dynamic and thrive on the variety of work that we do delivering a superior high-quality product that has been tailored to our specific customer requirements.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a boilermaker or an experienced welder to join our team. This role is Monday to Friday based at our new workshop in Gawler Belt.
Your Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- You will hold an Australian trade qualification in metal fabrication (minimum of 1 year)
- Must have driver’s licence
- Forklift license is favourable
- Experience working on heavy vehicles / trailers performing fabrication and repairs
- Experience welding Aluminium
- Experience within an industrial / manufacturing environment
- Have an attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Experience in reading technical drawings
- Ability to work autonomously and use your initiative
- Enjoy diversity and variety in your work
- Scissor lift ticket favourable
- High Risk Dogging licence favourable
