About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Casual Teacher Electrical to join our Construction team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirements
- Support student engagement, attendance and outcomes
- Maintain teaching and compliance documentation
- Participate in industry consultation and curriculum development
- Provide pastoral and academic support to students
- Engage in moderation, validation, and continuous improvement activities
- Promote courses and liaise with industry and community networks

Skills and Experience Required
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Victorian Electrical A Grade License
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology
- Relevant post-secondary qualifications and recent industry experience
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and VET compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and ICT skills
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt in teaching practices
- Experience in student engagement and vocational placement coordination
