City to Sea Landscapes delivers high-quality installations and upgrades of gardens, landscaping, and playgrounds in childcare centres across Australia.
The Landscaping Trades Assistant role is very hands-on and will require you to be motivated, fit and enthusiastic to work as part of our team. You must be a team player and an excellent communicator. The ability to travel for work is also a requirement.
You will be involved in work such as installing, building and working with shadesails, decks, pergolas, playground equipment, irrigation, concreting, fencing, paving, gardens, wet pour rubber, turf and more, supporting our Landscapers and Carpenters.
Previous experience as a Trades Assistant or work on a construction site alongside trades is preferred.
To be considered for a full-time position you will need to have:
- Ability to travel for work (all travel and housing accommodation provided)
- Ability to work within a childcare centre in a professional and appropriate manner

- Initiative, reliability and an eye for detail

- A strong commitment to safe work practices
- Current Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.
