Maintenance & Handyman

Ideally have the following skills

• General repairs, home maintenance, renovations, and insurance repairs
• Defect rectification
• High quality plastering (fixing & flushing) and ceiling/wall patching.
• High quality interior & exterior painting
• Cabinet making / joinery skills.
• Door & door hardware installation
• Minor tiling, paving, concrete & retaining wall repairs.
• Timber repairs and replacement.
• Fence repairs / Gutter repairs / Gutter cleaning
• General labouring / Ability to quote. Plus, more!

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a wide range of building maintenance and repairs as listed above.
• White card
• Attention to detail.
• Hard working, reliable & punctual
• Computer literate
• Trade qualified (non-specific trade)
• Full Australian driver’s license
• Police clearance
• Ability to work in a team environment.
