• Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative to tackle each project effectively.
• Apply your expertise to work on a variety of heavy machinery, earthmovers, trucks, and trailers.
• Set up and adjust metalworking machines and equipment and operate machines to produce parts or tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Assemble and fit machined parts using drill holes and tap threads.
• Manufacture, repair, and fault-find hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Operate powered machines that may be manually or computer-controlled.
• Erect machinery and equipment on site as required and inspect machinery regularly, making any adjustments or repairs as required.
• Collaborate with the TME team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.                                                       
• You hold a Manual/light truck license.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
• You possess a self-driven, can-do attitude.
• You pass D&A (Drug and Alcohol) testing.
• You have a trade certification (Cert III in Engineering - Fabrication or relevant experience).
• You bring excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• You excel at working well in a team, even in remote areas.
• You have a strong commitment towards safety and quality.
• You are motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• You maintain a company and customer-focused mindset.
