Senior Head Mechanic – Position Description
Qualifications & Experience
• Must hold Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical or above
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a qualified mechanic
• Experienced and confident repairing all makes
• Extremely good communication skills
• Must be well presented and be hungry for career progression
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Carry out all mechanical and engine management diagnostics in line with Powerkeepers Pty
Ltd business systems
• Complete all manner of mechanical repairs, services, and processes in line with
Powerkeepers Pty Ltd business systems
• Communicate with management in line with JID Group PTY. LTD. business systems
• Organise, teach, lead, and inspire up to 2 apprentice mechanics
• Assist with checking in customer vehicles each morning
• Manage all workshop logistics and workflows
• Attend and hold weekly workshop team meetings
• Help drive brand and customer loyalty by helping FIXACAR dramatically improve our clients' lives and buying experiences
• Carry out safe, efficient work practices
• Carry out all general and log book servicing
