Supervise, train, mentor, support workshop mechanins & technicians
Oversee daily workflow, prioritise repairs & maintenance schedules
Work closely with leading hands to coordiante jobs & workshop productivity
Order & organise parts for jobs
Conduct quality control checks & maintain high repair standards
Assist with diagnosing complex faults when required
Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards & compliance requirements
Maintain workshop records & compliance documentation
Manage spare parts inventory & workshop supplies
Assist with hands-on workshop duites on occasion
Must have experience, trade qualification and a MC licence - Salary depends on this
