 Some jobs platforms have fake ads that don't exist - or are placed by recruiters. Every job vacancy on TRADE-O is submitted by a real, verified employer.

We don't let Recruitment Agencies or Labour Hire companies use our platform

Recruiters charge employers thousands of dollars to place people like you in jobs. Labour Hire companies take a cut of your pay while you work for someone else. We want to promote stable, ongoing employment with full entitlements so we only let companies recruit staff they will be employing. (the exception being GTO's for Apprentices)

You choose how to get found.

If you want employers to come to you, fill in your profile with your qualifications and experience. If you prefer to stay incognito, we'll let you know when a new job opportunity comes up in your area. Simply opt-in to receive job alerts!

We are made just for industry.

Founded and designed by actual tradies, and built 100% here in Australia. We don't outsource overseas because we back the Aussie economy.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell your data to recruiters, or allow unsolicited contact by employers. An employer can invite you to apply for their job but they won't get your contact details unless you apply for their vacancy.
