About the Role
Drop Bear's K'gari Adventures is currently seeking a enthusiastic and experienced 4WD Maintenance/Detailer to join our team in Noosaville QLD, Australia. This is a part-time role offering a competitive payrate of $28-$35 hourly, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced mechanic and 4WD enthusiast, gaining valuable skills and knowledge in the automotive and tourism industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Detailing our fleet of 4WD's
- Rust prevention
- Assisting with general mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Learning how to diagnose and troubleshoot various mechanical issues.
- Participating in routine inspections and services.
- Perform high-quality cleaning, detailing, and reconditioning of vehicles
- Ensure all vehicles are in excellent condition for customers
- Adhere to all company policies and safety standards
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer satisfaction targets
Work days:
- Tuesday - 6am to 2pm
- Wednesday - 6am to Noon
- Thursday - 6am to 2pm
- Friday - 6am to Noon
- Saturday - 7am to 10am (flexible)

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a qualification in the Automotive industry though qualifications are not mandatory but relevant experience is essential, coupled with a passion for achieving exceptional results. Particular attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a team-player mindset are important for this role too.
