Job Summary
We are currently hiring for the full-time role of Front Counter Sales. This position plays an integral part in our mission to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations at our front desk.
Successful applicants will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The annual salary ranges from $68,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all front counter operations, including customer inquiries, service bookings, and payments.
- Educate customers on our product offerings, answer their questions effectively, and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Ensure the accuracy of sales transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with new product information and communicate the same to customers effectively.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.

- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position.
