The Role:

We’re looking for a Qualified Automotive Spray Painter who understands the importance of delivering on deadlines without compromising on quality. While we operate as a 40-hour-per-week workshop, there are times when meeting deadlines means going above and beyond to get the job done—regardless of the clock. If you have the skill, passion, and commitment to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards, we’re ready to reward you appropriately for your efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and painting vehicles to factory or higher standards.

• Managing your workflow to ensure all jobs are completed on time.

• Taking ownership of your work and ensuring it meets our quality expectations.

• Collaborating with the team to streamline processes and meet deadlines.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified and experienced spray painter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• A professional who takes pride in meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.

• Average of 3-4 jobs daily

• Someone who understands that when the work needs to be done, it gets done—even if it means staying a little later.
