A Grade Automotive is a well-established, locally owned business with more than 25 years of experience and a strong, loyal customer base throughout Moorooka and the surrounding Brisbane areas.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Service Technician to join our friendly team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive technician or mechanic who enjoys quality workmanship, takes pride in their work and is looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday position with excellent working conditions.
About the role
You will be involved in general vehicle servicing and light mechanical repairs across a range of vehicles.
Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance

Performing general mechanical repairs and inspections

Diagnosing and identifying mechanical issues

Maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Ensuring vehicles are serviced safely and efficiently

Keeping your work area clean, organised and professional

Providing friendly, professional service to our customers

Full-time, Monday to Friday

8:00am–5:00pm workshop hours

No regular Saturday work

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in automotive servicing and light mechanical work

Able to work independently as well as part of a small team

Well presented and respectful towards customers and colleagues

Safety conscious and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised workplace
Requirements

Relevant automotive qualification or someone who has been in the automotive field for a long time is acceptable

Current Open C Class Australian Driver Licence

Your own relevant hand tools

Full working rights in Australia
