Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between our technicians and customers, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate interpretation of vehicle issues, and efficient workflow.

The job commands an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $83,200, reflecting the candidate's skills and experience.

Monthly performance bonus based on KPI achievements. 

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret customer needs and coordinate with technical staff to ensure service delivery
• Provide accurate price estimates for work to be carried out
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and advancements
• Manage administrative duties associated with service department operations

Qualifications

No specific qualifications are required for this position, though experience in a similar role will be beneficial. We value the ability to learn on the job and to adapt to changing conditions and challenges in the mechanical service industry.

Experience with Automation Client would be advantageous but not essential.
