Brackens Field Maintenance is a mechanical repair workshop in Dalby, QLD. We specialise in repairs, rebuilds, maintenance, and servicing on earth-moving equipment, trucks, utes, and commercial vehicles.
Job Description:
This role is for immediate start, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager and working alongside our team of mechanics, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop.
The role involves ensuring that the workshop is stocked with the correct parts and materials, tracking inventory levels, and working closely with mechanics to ensure timely repairs. Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
· Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity.
· Preparing and processing repair orders, including cost estimates and scheduling.
· Coordinating the workflow and workload of the service team.
· Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism.
· Parts Procurement and Inventory Management.
· Storage & Organisation.
· Receiving freight/ Inspection / returns
Responsibilities & Requirements:

· The ability to work within a team or unsupervised.

· Problem solving skills & high attention to detail.
· Ability to work efficiently
· Show a genuine interest in the industry
· Current manual driver’s license.
· A strong commitment to Brackens Field Maintenance policies & procedures.
· Forklift ticket (or the ability to acquire one).
· Be agile, flexible, and adaptable within a fast-paced environment.
