Overland 4WD & Kader Automotive, a leading company in the Automotive Mechanic industry located in Maroochydore QLD Australia, is seeking an experienced and motivated full or part-time Mechanic. The salary is competitive and falls in the range of $27 to $35 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.

The Role
As a Mechanic, you will have a significant role in the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will be responsible for managing and performing repairs on vehicles, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles
- Supervise and guide Apprentices in their work
- Ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations
- Manage inventory of tools and parts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (AUR30620) or equivalent. They should have strong technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing great customer service.
